With over 10 years of experience as a college professor and former top executive for an education corporation, Nada understands the importance of fusing education, empowerment, and leadership together as she works with her clients and speaks to audiences worldwide. Nada has a Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership, and has coached and mentored over 50,000 individuals around the world on self-empowerment, career strategy, and soft skills. Nada believes that in order to create change within our communities, companies, and households, we must first create change within ourselves. It’s a collective effort needed from all parties; no company, adult, or young adult can be left behind. The world needs us at our best!
Assistant Principal, CNUSD
Jordan is in his tenth year in education and prior to administration, was a Special Education teacher. His Bachelors degree (Human Services: Persons with Disabilities), Masters degree (Special Education), and teaching credential (Special Education) were earned from California State University, Fullerton and received his Administration Credential from Cal Baptist University. Jordon has plans to further his education in the future in a doctoral program for educational leadership. Working with today’s youth, Jordon is a strong supporter and advocate for student leadership and assisting students through Social and Emotional Learning. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Jordon believes in creating an equitable, safe, and supportive learning environment for all students.
CEO, Maximum Impact Marketing
Brian Tademy is an innovative Marketing and Sales Leader with more than 18+ years of experience with national brands Hewlett-Packard, Coca-Cola and Denny’s restaurants with a proven track record of profitable growth in sales and brand awareness. He has a talent of establishing value-based relationships with strategic partners to develop and execute creative marketing programs that achieve the desired revenue goals and/or traffic. Brian has raised over $1 million for non-profit organizations over his career. He has worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish, OneOC, No Kid Hungry and the United Way with fundraising events.
Director of Pupil Support Services, SAUSD
As the Director for the 7th largest school district in SoCal, Heidi is responsible for leading efforts to implement policy and practice in systems impacting student success. She is actively engaged in continuous development of interventions and support services fostering student’s social-emotional outcomes and ultimately academic success. In her previous position as Administrator of Safe Schools & Support Services for the Orange County Department of Education she was known for her vision, creative problem solving and leadership in development and implementation of programs serving at-risk youth. Her efforts led to over 20 million in grants for programs serving students in disadvantaged situations.
Events and Advancement, Taco Bell Foundation
Shannon has spent the last 4 years at Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters spearheading Events & Advancement for the Taco Bell Foundation. Her passion for youth and desire to elevate storytelling and fundraising efforts surrounding their flagship program, the Live Más Scholarship, has translated into millions of dollars to help students pursue their educational goals and career aspirations nationwide.
Diversity & Inclusion, The Walt Disney Company
Engineer, US Navy
Ari Friedman has been working for the Walt Disney Company for over 8 years and is in Professional Recruitment along with Diversity & Inclusion. Currently he is Co-Chair of SALUTE (Business Employee Resource Group) at Disney. Furthermore, he serves in the U. S. Navy Reserve where he is the Command Career Counselor for his unit of 90 sailors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Focus in Hospitality and a minor in Human Resources from Cal Poly Pomona. Ari is currently deployed as an engineer for the US Navy until September of 2021.
